Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt.
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), but in some instances, they may be shipped via UPS. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to reach the end destination.
Due to the hazardous classification of most paint and paint related materials, these products are not normally shipped via air transport.
Shipping costs will depend on geographic location, weight, and size of your order.
Currently, we don’t ship outside of the United States, but we are working on it.

Please make sure you ordered the correct color code before placing the order. Just Touch It Up will not incur any shipping expense for returned items, nor will it refund any shipping expense for items ordered and later returned. Refunds will not be issued for items shipped and then later refused or lost.
Unopened and unused products can be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, shipping charges are not refundable, and we do not provide return labels.
If the product has been opened and/or used, we will refund your money if the problem falls under our COLOR MATCH GUARANTEE.
Just Touch It Up guarantees that our touch up paint will match your vehicle’s original finish, or your money back.
Just Touch It Up uses OEM approved coatings, all colors are mixed in accordance with a standard formulation.
To prevent human error please make sure to refer to the manufacturer color code label location in order to pick the right color code.
In order to get a refund, we ask for proof of your vehicle’s original paint code such as a photo of your parts identification sticker that contains the color code, anything that identifies the paint code is fine.
Just Touch It Up accepts the payment methods listed only on the Just Touch It Up Online Store. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
